The Festival spotlight shines bright on the most professional collegiate theatre productions from around the world. NBTF Fringe is primarily a performance showcase for college and university students. It affords theatre companies and theatrical student organizations affiliated with accredited junior or senior colleges in the United States and in other countries an opportunity to perform one-act or full-length productions of new and contemporary works as well as productions of Black classics.

Possibly no longer running, haven’t seen an update since 2019.
They are not accepting submissions for 2023, but they do have auditions for their gospels until November 5th
