Riley Jackson is just an “ordinary girl” who loves racy romance novels and her ‘bestie for the restie’ Kim Nolastname. Trystan Lay is a genuine schmillioniare, and the worlds most perfect human (according to NASA). Never in the history of the universe have opposites been known to attract…until now! Can Riley pretend to be Trystan’s fake girlfriend without falling for the playboy superstar? Can Trystan convince his super rich parents to let him off the hooky wooky so he doesn’t have to take over Lay Enterprises?

Created by a musical improv comedy performer turned romance audiobook narrator, and an erotica ghostwriter, and adapted from the Award Winning audiobook performed by comedians from Upright Citizens Brigade and The Groundlings.

Hot Off the Press: First Reading Recap

On Monday, April 21st, Lustily Ever After made its NMI-sponsored debut at the DOMA Theatre in LA—igniting waves of unbridled laughter and leaving the audience in stitches, clamoring for an encore performance.

Minimalist Magic

This show is designed with simplicity in mind: minimal costumes, almost zero props, and a set that’s as flexible as our hero’s concept of a ‘work-desk’.

Cast & Characters

This dynamic ensemble of 6 (5 women and 1 rooster in the hen house) include three lead characters and three versatile ‘narrators’ who effortlessly slip into every other role. Think of it as theatrical speed-dating with characters—fast, fun, and full of surprises.

Script Refinements Underway

We’re currently fine-tuning the script, creating a tight 90-minute performance without intermission. Because who wants to pause the fun when the romance is heating up?

Stephanie Bentley, known in the audiobook world as Stephanie Rose, is a multifaceted performer and writer who seamlessly blends her talents in musical improv comedy, songwriting, and romance storytelling. Her innovative creation, Lustily Ever After: The Audiobook Musical, earned her an Audie Award nomination and an AudioFile Earphones Award.
