The Phoenix Theatre Company announces the 23rd annual Festival of New American Theatre formerly known as the Caleb Reese Festival. The festival presents rehearsed readings (with script in hand) of new unproduced plays or musicals as well as a Composer/Lyricist Cabaret. The Phoenix Theatre Company is the oldest arts organization in Arizona and the largest Phoenix based producing theatre. For submission guidelines and to submit a Full Length Play, Musical or Composer Lyricist Cabaret entry, please see below. To submit, please click on the submit button and follow the instructions. Any submissions received before April 20th will not be counted, so please re-submit. Selection Timeline: Submissions for the 2021 New Works Festival begin April 20th 2020. The deadline for submissions is June 15th 2020. Selections will be made by October 15th 2020.
